The Entrepreneurial Journey
• Graduated in Business Administration from National Economics University.
• In 2008, I began working as a salesman for Vanvia Cosmetics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Khong Hai Group in Hong Kong. After a few months of hard work, I was elevated to the position of Sales Manager for the firm.
• In 2010, after a lot of study and experience, I opened my own spa facility.
• In 2015, established Xuan Thanh Trading and Service Investment Co., Ltd.
Outstanding Achievement
• 2017: CEO Xuan Thanh was honored by the publication as Woman of the Year with the title of Beauty Woman 2017.• September 2017: Xuan Thanh Company organized a charity event in Tan Tien commune, Tuyen Quang province, donating 100 warm blankets, 100 mid-autumn presents, and 5 million VND to the commune’s three poorest households.
• November 3rd, 2017: Successfully signed a cooperation agreement for the specialty product line Lisse.
• January 2018: The firm opens a branch in Quang Ninh.
• February 11th, 2018: Xuan Thanh Trading and Service Investment Co., Ltd. was certified by the Ministry of Health as an active participant and contributor to the success of the international specialized exhibition of Vietnam Medicine and Pharmacy.
• June 26th, 2018: being the Representative Director of the Northern Region, The Journey of Love Connection, on behalf of a donation of 2 billion 785 million to the Vietnam Children’s Fund.

• August 28th, 2018: Xuan Thanh Trading & Service Investment Co., Ltd successfully organized the event “Lisse Cosmetic’s pinnacle of beauty” in collaboration with top specialists in the field of cosmetology in Korea and Vietnam.
• October 13th, 2018: Xuan Thanh Trading & Service Investment Co., Ltd is proud to be one of the businesses granted the “Vietnam Gold Star.”
• January 2019: The firm is honored to earn the Asia Pacific Brand Cup and Certificate in Malaysia.
• November 17th, 2019: Ever Group, in collaboration with Japan, introduces 24k gold thread implant technology and Japan’s autologous stem cell technology to Vietnam.
• May 13th, 2020: Signed a cooperation agreement with Thien Phuc Oriental Medicine to become the exclusive distributor of Thien Phuc oriental medicine product lines in Vietnam.
