Doctor – Master Bui Phuong Mai was born and raised in Tien Hai, Thai Binh, in a famous family. Doctor Phuong Mai’s paternal grandparents belong to the family of old Bui Vien and Dang (Xuan Truong) – Nam Dinh of Mr. Dang Truong Chinh, on the mother’s side of the family name Nguyen.
Doctor Phuong Mai’s paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents were patriotic Confucianists and revolutionaries. Doctor Phuong Mai’s parents followed a business career, but since a young age, the female doctor inherited from her family’s seniors about love of nature, loving traditional medicine and forging her perseverance, charity, generosity.
Since childhood, Dr. Phuong Mai was spent a lot of time shaping, teaching and learning by her family, parents and uncle, especially in mathematics. Family, parents and uncles are the ones who have a great influence on the thinking development of Phuong Mai.
At the age of 14, Dr. Phuong Mai went to Hanoi to study at high school, specializing in biopsy. After graduating from high school, she determined by medical profession, but still registered to take the exam at the same time two universities, banking university and medical university, and passed together with high scores.
Having been passionate about medicine since childhood, after receiving the results at the same time passing two universities, Dr. Phuong Mai chose a medical school. During her years studying medicine at the university, Dr. Phuong Mai devoted a lot of attention to Oriental medicine. But the female doctor also has many concerns about this field.
Born in a family of many people pursuing medical careers, from a young age, learned about effective oriental medicine, but when entering the university, doctor Phuong Mai gradually felt the difficulty of Oriental medicine.
It was this concern that prompted the female doctor to study deeply, but at the same time spend her time learning more about Western medicine to find the key to bring Oriental medicine up. It can be said that Dr. Phuong Mai is a special and willful woman. In order to improve knowledge and understand medical trends, Dr. Bui Phuong Mai has worked abroad to study and find answers about the development of Oriental medicine.
When she came to developed countries such as Korea, China, Singapore, Dr. Phuong Mai realized the potential for development of Oriental medicine and made more efforts with the goal of bringing Vietnamese Oriental medicine to a new level.
The more in-depth research, the more Dr. Bui Phuong Mai realized the potential and power of Oriental medicine in medical examination and treatment, and especially the application of Oriental medicine in beauty. This is considered a major turning point for the career of Dr. Phuong Mai.
The doctor stated that one of the obstacles, preventing oriental medicine lovers from coming along with it is the financial problem. Compared with Western medicine, people who follow Oriental medicine will find it difficult to have a source of income to ensure their research and dedication.
Doctor Bui Phuong Mai is currently a lecturer in the subject of Phuong Te – Scientific geriatrics at Vietnam Traditional Medicine Institute, Lecturer in Dermatology Department of Thang Long Economic and Technical College, Lecturer in Cosmetology Training Oriental medicine cosmetic in dermatology – Thread stretching and cosmetic thread implantation 50 courses (period of 3 years from 2018 to 2020).
In addition, the female doctor is also the founder and operator of the brand only Dr. Smartlift and Botanical Hall Dermatology and regularly participate in beauty programs and seminars at home and abroad.
She is a woman who has a passion for medicine, is passionate about research and has contributed by a highly applied research work.
